Topic: need help with soundcard

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Can i use only one "SoundBlaster Audigy Platinum" if i want two seperate channels to my mixer? or do i need to buy two of them?
plz help

You don't need a second soundcard. Sound Blaster Audigy already has 2 stereo audio ouputs. One for front speakers and one for rear. All you need to do is enable 3D Soundcard and Mixer in the configuration of Atomix, and make sure your rear speakers are enabled in the Sound Blaster control panel.
