Hi, can anyone confirm whether Stems are unavailable for tracks streamed from both Apple Music and Spotify? Does this limitation apply across all DJ platforms, or are there specific platforms that support Stems with these streaming services?

no stems with either Spotify or Apple Music and that's on their end as far as i know. they also don't have offline cache either.
there are others that do have stems support and offline cacheing. look into Tidal and Deezer.
or do like a lot of us old school guys and just buy the tracks instead of renting them and then you don't have to worry about any of it.

PS so those integrations are totally useless for me.

For us, the "old" guys, those integrations are meant to be used to find that "old" track someone has asked you, and it has slipped between the cracks.
Or just to see what's new and hot, and then proceed to get it with your ordinary way of getting media files.

Yes this would be useful, ie having a streaming subscription level, where tracks can NOT be played (or loaded), BUT at, maybe, a much lower monthly fee, ie, just for checking what new or hot.

Phantom, that's exactly why I was interested. But even if I manage to find a specific track someone requests, if I can't mix it the way I want, I'd rather just say, "Sorry, I don't have that track."
Luckily, that rarely happens. I only play music I genuinely love, and the people who come to my events share my taste. After all, I organize my own parties, so they pretty much know what to expect. 😅
For me, the real challenge is discovering new music. Thankfully, there are still some great radio shows, DJs, and independent projects that keep inspiring me and introducing me to fresh sounds.
And trust me, living in Italy, where music culture feels practically nonexistent, makes that challenge even bigger! 😅

While I completely understand your point, we (the old guys) were doing great mixes before stems too!
So, for me personally it's not a deal breaker. That's of course IF I want to play that song in the first place. But if I want, I'm sure I will be able to find a way to mix it "as I want" even without stems.
As I said, I completely understand what you say. After all I live next to you, in Greece, and we share most of the same musical issues these days.
But still, your point is not the only way to see this subject.
Whether or not this service justifies it's cost, is a completely different topic. But if we are talking if these services have any value for us "older" DJ's then the answer is clearly "YES", even with all the limitations they currently have.
Others will see greater value, and others less, but the value is still there!

some are older than others.... and yes i literally just bought this shirt minutes ago on woot.com

if i have enough internet stream then i have enough internet to find and purchase, and it's not like asking for direct purchasing with Amazon, or others directly through the software hasn't been asked for over the years.
instead i'd search on the phone or on second computer, purchase, download, load on club computer, play that 'special' song that empties the floor and kills the entire mood of the club, and own the song forever till the next time the manager wanted to show how 'customer service' for one person was more important than the money and other customers walking out. And a HUGE reason why i never allowed the club computer to be hooked up to the internet except for updates.
but i digress... might be the meds... might not
like the rest of us old guys - and some of the smarter new ones - i'd spend more hours looking for what's new and hot than the hours the club was open and waste tons of the club's money on tracks that never went anywhere even before putting a computer and VDJ in the booth in '06.
the process is faster now - and not as much fun time spent in the record shop - and can be done while tracks playing with one ear in phone or second computer and one eye on time remaining while fast previewing tracks.
but that's just me. your experience may vary.
