While playing a track on either deck, the music goes in & out, I've checked the updates,firmware & audio drivers. Everything is up to date. Please help solve this issue bc as you know I need to be able to perform without any issuses.

when i am recording mp4 it records some few seconds and then it shuts down . what could be the problem
