Subject: Feature Request: Independent Deck-by-Deck Pitch Lock and Auto-Match BPM Controls
Hello VirtualDJ Support and Development Team,
First of all, I want to thank you for the incredible work you put into VirtualDJ. I have been exploring its advanced features, and I have a couple of feature requests regarding the Pitch Lock and Auto-Match BPM functionalities that would make the software even more flexible for professional workflows.
Independent Deck Pitch Lock:
Currently, the Auto Pitch Lock feature applies globally. It would be an amazing addition if we could enable and control Pitch Lock independently for each individual deck. Often, we only want to link the pitch of two specific decks together or choose freely which decks are coupled with Pitch Lock. Since achieving this precise multi-deck routing isn't fully possible through custom VDJScript mappings, having native, deck-specific control options would be a massive upgrade.
Flexible Auto-Match BPM:
Similarly, Auto-Match BPM is a fantastic tool, but it currently behaves as a global option. We would love to see this integrated into the settings in a way that allows us to assign or link it dynamically to any specific deck we choose, rather than being forced into a global implementation.
Implementing these as granular, controllable parameters would give us much more creative freedom during live sets. Thank you for your time, consideration, and continuous support for the DJ community.

"Thank you for the reply. I understand it can be done with script, but I have tried various approaches and it always ends up applying globally (locking all decks together or affecting the global state).
Could you please provide the exact VDJScript syntax or method to achieve independent, deck-specific Pitch Lock (so I can toggle or control it for a single deck without affecting the others) and deck-specific Auto-Match BPM?
An example script or the correct syntax for targeting specific decks for these functions would be a huge help. Thank you!"
