Topic: Sounds like a chipmunk
No matter what I do, I can't get my music to run on normal speed. It sounds like a chipmunk. Also, I do notwant to reset/delete my VirtualDJ database or custom settings because I have playlists, cue points, tags and custom controller/pad mappings you need preserved. Please help!

You could go ahead and make a database backup as a start, so you dont loose valueable cue, loops.
As a first safety precaution.
Then fiddle around and re-install or whatever you want to try.

My DJControl Inpulse T7 causes all VirtualDJ playback to become extremely fast and high-pitched, like chipmunk audio. VirtualDJ plays normally when the T7 is disconnected. I reinstalled the current HDJCSeries PC 2023.HDJS.2 ASIO driver, restarted Windows, tested 44.1/48 kHz settings, and the issue remains. VirtualDJ recognizes the T7, but I have also received “Failed to initialize ASIO driver.” Please advise whether this indicates a T7 audio-clock/firmware/driver issue and what diagnostic or firmware procedure I should run.
