I just saw a video of a new controller. They guy testing it had said its a controller made by VDJ. Just curious if anyone has heard of this.

No, it's clearly a controller made by Hybrid (they seem to be a "we make everything" type of brand, like ACME). The text says Virtual DJ is behind the software, which probably just means it comes with VDJ LE.
