Hello all
I need some help i just pulled some old cdj's 2000nexus out of storage. I see that there is a mapping for virtual dj already, but unfortunately the way the play and the cue buttons are setup it throws me off. I'm trying to find anyone that was able to map these decks better than the default mapping. I am trying to get the cue and play button to behave the way it does on the cdj 3000 mapping. Also, the cover art does not change when you scroll through the song list on the 2000. any help would be cool.

Curious - is there a setting or extension provided mapping that does this by default?
I ask because this seems to be a common enough desire to make this easier than having to go and remap oneself.
I tried checking the VirtualDJ CDJ3000 hardware page but I don't think I saw any details on that.
Also (@devs), that hardware page has a link referring to an Advanced Setup page, but the link isn't valid.

I would love to have someone redo the mapping for the cdj's 2000nexus that actually knows what they are doing. Simply put I'm just not that good at it. I do understand that time is money and money is time. So with that said, any free work on this would be appreciated.
I love my cdj 3000 with VDJ if all mappings could be this good , VDJ would own the market. My hat off
to the writer of this mapping.

I forgot to say I understand that the mapping for the cdj 2000nexus came out a long time ago with a older version of VDJ. The computer language and codes have changed. I guess it just needs a update with the new code in language to bring it back up to date.

Maybe describe what else about the CDJ 2000 NXS mapping you feel is wrong?
The devs probably won't change the default mapping because it's already released and the behaviour may already reasonable/depended on from other user's perspectives, but they can help you to remap it/potentially produce another mapping available through extensions, if the new behavior is also reasonable/highly desireable by others.
