In virtually dj pro 2026 karaoke, my lyrics and singer list keep dropping off me 2nd screen

What do you mean 'they keep dropping off the screen'? Do they start on the screen then drop off? Happy to help, but you'll have to provide some more detail so we're not guessing as to what exactly is happening.

I'm guessing "2nd screen" means the video output, so presumably using a karaoke videoskin...

Yes, I’m using all new equipment, I’m set up for karaoke, and most of the time everything is fine, but when it happens, it takes the AI LYRICS and the the next singer list off of all the screens but they are still in the waveforms, if I log out and back in it helps bring it back , but do I have a setting off? I have tons of memory, I’m using virtual pro, all of my music is on a attached head drive and I’m 62 and trying very hard, I’ve asked AI every way I could and no answer has worked. And why did they just take the skins that I liked in the last update?

Are you using a monitor screen; one that the singers look at for the words?
Are you using just 1 screen or are you running through a splitter to multiple screens?
If ujust a single screen, does the whole screen go blank or just the words disappearing off the screen, but there's still a visible background?
Are you using AI generated karaoke mode, or lyrics mode? The difference being the karaoke lyrics swipe, the lyrics function does not swipe the lyrics.
