When using my Mic. All I get is a very loud static coming through. It is not the mic itself because I have tried on another DJ program (mixx) and my mic works perfect. I have use VDJ for over 20 years and this is the first time something major has happend. If I can not get this fixxed, then I will have to cancel my subscription

Maybe you can start with how the mic is connected to the computer and the corresponding audio config in VirtualDJ.

I have the same problem. When I set up the USB microphone, all I get is static and a squeaking sound. I specifically chose the Pro version because a USB microphone doesn’t work with the lighter version. The USB mic works perfectly with Windows and other programs like VST, etc....
I looked it up on YouTube, and it supposedly works with a different skin that supports 6 players, but when I try to set it up, Virtual DJ crashes. I don’t have a controller, but that shouldn’t be necessary.

You didn't answer this. What skin you are using doesn't matter wrt the problem.

It shouldn't be too much different from using your laptop's internal Mic Input (given your machine does have one) - you should be able to setup the Mic by just selecting a Mic Input in the Audio confif and selecting it as the mic input in the settings (which you may have done already).
What might not be controllable directly from VirtualDJ might be its gain/equlization - you may have to control that from the OS level (and probably remove any sound processing being done on it at the OS level too).

but it doesn't work. so, I'll have to give up the pro license and work with the mic from the computer. too bad .

U said it gives static and squeaking which means it works, just not how you would want it (not working is not hearing anything form it period).
I'm not sure what you mean by the second sentence - it's either there is control for the mic volume or not from the software. We don't know anything about your audio setup other than what you said (post a picture of it and/or a video of it, did you try adjusting the microphone volume from the software itself?), so there isn't really more help that can be offered
