Topic: Crash - sound continues but video stops
I've had a crash a couple of times now, most recently at a gig last night where the audio of an mp4 will continue but the video either freezes or is black. After it happens I'm unable to load anything on that deck, but the other continues to work, at least for a whille then the whole software crashed and restarred (but without any of my folders/playlists etc.). A manual quit and restart restored normal operation and it was fine for the rest of the gig. . Running the latest build, but pretty sure the problem occurred for the first time on a previous one.

Try setting DXVA off. That should fix it.

Sadly that doesn't seem to have fixed it. To add further details in case they are relevant, running Windows 11 Nvidia 4060 card, and a Denon Prime 4 Controller. Does anyone know if these symptoms could be linked to the Windows/Denon issues I've been reading about else on here?
 
same happens to me last gig, one time crash , had to restart the laptop windows 10 , when it recovers no history or cue recovered , had to restore last backup
