hi, just a short question, why is the novation launchpad S categorized as a professional Device and will only be supported by the pro licence?? This is not clear understandable to ne.

From VirtualDJ's perspective, a novice dj with a home license does not use extra controllers like Launchpad S to trigger samples e.t.c.
That kind of operation assumes a user is using the software on a professional level.
