Check that Windows is not using the Numark for system sound (which defaults to stereo).
Make sure Windows is set to Realtek (or similar) onboard audio.

my system-sound-outpout is set to Speaker (Numark Mixtrack) as the default device. Is that not correct?

here is what i think the issue is...VDJ 2026 has a regression bug with ASIO4ALL + USB Soundcard mode. Which forces my computer audio when it shouldn't. Any help further understanding this is appreciated. Thanks

You didn't mention your use of ASIO4ALL. I would suggest uninstalling it.

ASIA4ALL was something I tried it didn't work either

Maybe post a picture of your audio setup?
Also check you installed the drivers https://virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/numark/platinumfx/setup.html

Looks correct. Neither the headphones or the master output get sound?
Did you check in the windows volume mixer if the controller is not muted or put silent?

No sound from either master or headphones with this setting. Windows volume is up. If I switch to speaker only I get master sound.

Better not. So try to set some other sound card (your computer's builtin) as the default one for Windows.

So with the above config I have master sound but no headphone sound (channel 3&4). When I switch headphone to Channel 1&2 I get sound on the headphones but no master sound on channel 3&4. My windows default soundcard is set to Realtek Audio. Thanks for everyone's input.

My issue is still not resolved. Anyone using VDJ 2926 b9004 w Numark Mixtrack Platimun FX (Asus ROG Strix w Windows 11). I’m getting poor master sound output. Any trouble shooting would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
