Topic: Password Problem
When I open my software I am notified of a new software version that is available and asked if I would like to update. I answer 'yes' and I am asked for my password. I put in my password and it does not work. So, thinking maybe I did not remember my correct password, I went to the VDJ website, changed my password and opened my software once again. And once again I get the prompt asking if I want to update with the new software version, I click 'yes' put in the new password, and the new password I just changed to is not accepted and the software still will not update. Is there a way to change the password directly in the software? (rather than doing so on the VDJ website) If so, I cannot find where that is.

I've attempted to get an answer to this question through opening a ticket on the VDJ website, but whomever I was communicating with for some reason could not seem to grasp what I am asking. They just keep directing me to change my password if I have forgotten it; which I did, but said new password is still not accepted in my software. What can I do to rectify my situation? Thanks for reading and thanks for any insight !

That will be a Windows issue, not VDJ.

Yes, thank you. I incorrectly thought it wanted my VDJ password, But in fact it was looking for my MacBook password, Many thanks !
