Hello the left deck of my controller works perfectly fine. The right side of the deck doesn’t allow me to anything but play and stop. I’ve posted a video to show. Could someone please give me advice or help.

Check the source switches on top and make sure they are set correctly on the correct USB port (the one you have your computer plugged in)
