Im unable to login my user on the software, i have purchased PRO, currently using FLX4 controller

en la aplicacion me dice que la cuenta de google esta bloqueada que me contacte con el servidor pero mi cuenta esta bien el error solo me sale cuando quiero iniciar seccion con virtualDJ
