I have a connection problem on the identification.
I launch my virtual dj I try to connect they tell me:
"unable to connect to the servers please check to have an internet connection" (I changed everything but it still does not work it's been 2 days that I am looking for solutions I even tried to connect by internet identification and the page does not load (blocking ads does not want and I even disabled my firewall) still no change I would really need help from the community please.

If you can not connect (and its not something else, like wrong password).
If you already tried the tool [ For PC: For Mac: ], then check your firewall etc..

I am on Windows and yes thank you I contacted the service
