Topic: I would like a bin
I would like a bin, where everything I delete from my playlists ends up in, then when VDJ closes it is emptied. If I accidentally delete something I can recover it!

that's your recycle bin, you're asking for a hat for your hat.
What I do is colour tracks I don't like a specific colour then filter out those tracks with a quick filter. To show everything but those tracks.
Color is not green

Every couple of months I bring those tracks together with a filter
Color is green

and give them another listen, If I like them they get uncoloured, if I still don't like them they get deleted, if I'm unsure I leave them for another few months to review again.

VDJ has recently added UNDO for this exact purpose
 
I accidentally deleted so many songs from my playlists, I didn't realize I was pressing "delete" on the keyboard.

where do I find "undo"

I did a video a bout it a while back:
 
if I delete songs from a playlist and then do ctrl + z it doesn't work! photoshop, OBS, any program has a story, I would like it here too, understand? I made a mistake deleting some songs from the playlists and I had a lot of trouble restoring them.

I agree. I'd also like to see a more robust/comprehensive undo/redo, especially with playlists, filter and virtual folders, history, songs in playlists or folders or database, even cue points etc.

"Oops, I accidentally deleted a song from the automix list. ctrl+z. It's back."
"Oops., I accidentally reordered the playlist. ctrl+z. It's back."
"Oops, I accidentally deleted a filter or virtual folder, or playlist or history playlist. ctrl+z. It's back."

The undo only has to go back one action. It doesn't have to store the last 10 or 20 actions. Just the last one.
