When i make video window full screen on my monitor without Blur Black Bars..
and here WITH Blur Black Bars...
What I'm seeing is more noticeable while video is playing.
I've turned off video microframe in-case it was this affecting.
I dont have time to check this while connected to video out and don't have time to start taking screenshots at gigs :/
[edit] also happening in 32bit.

Its difficult to get a good screenshot of before and after but if you compare the two images, the writing on the drum kit is more blurred. but ultimately motion appears more pixelated (impossible to screenshot)
its as if the Bars plugin is reducing the image resolution..
