So what's actually going on in that video? It's hard to tell with no commentary and all the repetitive beats.

you point the browser at a track, run the fx and it searches for that track in your playlists, if it finds that track it copies the playlist to a new folder called "search results" it does that for every playlist that the track is found in. When you load a track "search results" is deleted

Ok thanks. I'd help, but I don't really use playlists.

Me neither, it was more a "do it for the sake" [learning a bit more c++] Although for those that do playlist it could help them change up.
As a concept though, a bit of code pokery it could "mine" your history and make a vfolder containing every track that has followed your selected track
