Topic: controler key code
my pioneer ddj-wego controller was working without trouble but i change my computer and now when connect controller after i while i enter my limited edition code and see this words: ''this keycode is already registered to someone else'' and stop working my controller. how can i fix this?

your key code is registered to the pc and the controller.

thanks for the reply, yes but how can i change this? i change my computer and i don't use controller now, it should be a solution...

If you don’t use a controller then VDJ will work without a license.

I bought a hybrid DJ controller (MD1311) it came with a book without any disk or sticker while the book says that the controller comes with a disk or sticker with a keycode on them

I cannot find a keycode

I bought a hybrid hmc2 md1310 I got a keycode with the controller and used it for a month after using it for it 30 day trial period I then moved it to my new laptop and bought a license home plus but now it keeps asking me for the controllers le code any assistance would be appreciated my order reference is vir2******* (dont share private data on public forum)

Just login, inside the software, with same login as you use on site here.
And the license activate on the new computer ..

Thats it ;-)

I have logged into my Virtual DJ account and am attempting to use my controller but it says the Limited Edition code on my WEGO is registered to another account. I've logged into all accounts I've ever created and get the same error. How do I find out what account it's linked to, or unlink it from an account?

You'll have to buy a license as the previous owner has registered it and licenses are non-transferrable.
