In master effect, folder auto start doesn't showing in the list of effects... ???

It shows up fine here..
 
For me the whole master effect list above the folders missing. (w10 v8.2 b3272)
 
Make sure you are logged in.
If you are not logged in then "Auto Start" folder won't show up since these effects are available only for PRO users.
