Topic: ask the dj change keyword issue

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

When I change the keyword from my username to something more friendly the web interface cant find me anymore. It seems to be trying to redirect to my old username but is missing off the word 'user' before the numbers.

Any ideas?

Twitter # is working fine.

The "user12345678" format is only supposed to be a temporary forum name until you change it to your preferred /actual name....
 
I have changed it to 'hpturner' but it is redirecting as shown in my screen capture
 
On the forum, I mean - not ask.the.dj.
 
Ah, ok - I can't see how to change it. Can you point me in the right direction please?
