Search for the area where "your logo here" appears.
Put your logo in there.
Save the png-file with the same name.
Zip the files together and that's all.

Took a look at this skin ^^
it's old code for early 8.2, there is a lot of work to do to make it simpler and fully compatible 8.5
i.e. only converted one really big code (beatdividers) to new code shrinked filesize by 10% ^^
also added stems labels & selector & colorfx & rhythm shapes colors
still missing mixfx & scheduller and what else ?
