Topic: set order of audio output devices
My list of audio output settings is growing eg Bluetooth master + virtual cable headphones and PC speaker master J controller headphones and a different master + other headphones.

It would be great if this list could be ordered either via drag and drop (the most convenient) or by adjust the order of the elements in settings.xml manually.

Nothing to stop you moving them around in settings.xml at all. Just a cut and paste will work to change the order.
 
I tried that and it didn't seem to work.

Hah! I just tried that again and it worked - thanks. I think the difference was that I made the changes while VDJ was closed.
 
Settings file is read into memory on start up and then wrote to when a setting changes and|or app close down, so yeah changing the file with vdj open will have no effect and changes will be erased.
