This is a long shot but hopefully there is some development going on. I currently studying for a Master's Degree in Creative Industries. As part of my masters, I will be producing an Album in Dolby Atmos or some other kind of immersive audio. I'm looking to be able to playback the final files from DJ software. Dolby Labs created DJ software a few years ago, but it is no longer available.
Dolby Atmos audio files are know as ADM BWF the are 24bit 48kHz. I would need to be able to route the audio internally to a DAW like Pro Tools or straight out to a 12 Channel audio interface. If anyone knows anything could you please post in the comments.

I don't think you'll find anything out there because "immersive audio" is not something you'll find on any typical clubs/venues around the world.
I was lucky enough to experience a demo of L-ISA by L Acoustics a few years ago, and as far as I know they are still trying hard to push this idea further.
However the gear is too expensive and the demand almost zero.
They have a piece of software that uses AI to generate stems and transform a simple stereo image to some kind of spatial immersive audio, but that's all it is.
I don't know what you're after, but perhaps you can try to reach out L Acoustics as they may be closer to what you're looking for.
