Topic: Mix Lab VDJ8
Dear all,

Any time before I worked with VDJ7 with Skin Mix Lab 3.1 !
There I could push the upper green light Button “Automatic“ between Deck A and Deck B and so I could changed the different Songs !

Now, in this Moment I‘m working with VDJ8 with Skin Mix Lab VD8 the Same process!
The Upper Green Button is in the First green and Short After than Orange and so it is not possible to changed the Songs von Deck A to B!

What can I do ????

It's 2025 and that skin is no longer supported. Find an up to date one with similar functionality.
 
I'm the guy that updated Mix Lab for VDJ 8, but I don't even know what you mean by "the upper green button", and I certainly don't understand "The Upper Green Button is in the First green and Short After than Orange".

???

I had a quick look at the bitmap of the original skin. I will assume for now that you're referring to the AUTOMIX button at the top centre.

Comparing XML code from the original skin (2007) to my update in 2014, originally that button was assigned mix_now but I changed it to automix on/off as that's the text on the button (and I updated the tooltip to show the function).

Looking back at the five page thread on the skin from eleven years ago, I see now that one person commented in 2016 about the "auto fader" not working, but didn't reply to my questions.

Nobody else has said a word about it. You're the second person in eleven years!

Sorry, I am bit late replying !
First of all thank you again for your feedback!
You mentioned that you're the one who updated MixLab for VDJ 8!
Surely it shoud be possible for the Faderto automatically switch to Deck B
when the Automix button (yellow or green - I cannot it see enough) is pressed just
before the end of a song on Deck A!
I can't imagine that this was only the case with MixLab VDJ 7 - 3.1
But not is happening!!!

Why isn't the sequence working?
Where should the slider "3" be positioned at the beginning?
 
Deck A has a song!
Deck B has a song!
I'm starting song A!
At position 03:20; I pressed Automix, an then the song should immediately start smoothly on Deck B!

But nothing happens!

What I'm doing wrong, or whatdo I need to activate?

Aside from that, what position should regulator "3" bi in?
