For clarification, this is a copy of the skin that was previously embedded in VDJ, listed under Old - which has been removed in build 7805.

Not that I wish to use/install the skin...
just confirming that it does not appear in Extensions > Skin for me also

It doesn't appear before you need it, which is when there is at least 1 input set up in the audio config:
