Hi everyone,
I'm using a Traktor Kontrol S8 with VirtualDJ Pro Infinity on MacBook Air M1. The controller is recognized and everything was working fine, but the screens stop working.

I already:
Installed Traktor Pro and Native Access, Traktor Pro 3, 4, Controller editor
Have a Pro Infinity license
Tried Rosetta mode
Reset macOS permissions
Reinstalled VirtualDJ, Traktor Pro 4, Native access, Controller editor
Verified the S8 works (including screens) on another Mac
Tried different Cables
Factory reset the Mac
Tried upgrading and downgraded Mac Os
Sequoia 15.6.1
Sonoma 14.7.7
Sonoma 4.5

I did all I can in past 1 week, it just don't work .... please help!
 
this must be joke, I bought new macbook air m4... its the same thing.......
 
Perhaps you downloaded VirtualDJ from Apple store ?
If so, please download and install from here ... https://www.virtualdj.com/download/index.html

Also, when VirtualDJ sees the S8 for the 1st time, it will try to download and install the necessary screen skin, so make sure your computer can connect to the internet and your OS allows downloads from "trusted" pages (or whatever the name is - cant recall) and not just AppleStore.
